Manager of Flying Operations (Chief Pilot)

Vincent Aviation is a Darwin based Regular Public Transport and Air Charter Operator with air services throughout the Northern Territory and Queensland operating a fleet of Saab 340 and Beech 1900 aircraft.

There is an opportunity to join the management team of this dynamic and growing company. We have a vacancy for a Manager of Flying Operations. This is a key position reporting to the Chief Executive and will be responsible for managing the flying operations team to ensure a safe and compliant operation.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to work in a team environment. You will be supported by a deputy, head of check and training, fleet managers and a flight attendant manager.

You will have had previous experience in a similar role and will need to be approved by CASA to hold the role of Manager of Flying Operations (Chief Pilot). A strong background in training is sought together with sound business skills and the ability to manage staff and deal with people at all levels. It is essential you have a strong safety and quality focus and can demonstrate your leadership in this regard so as to ensure a safe and quality focussed brand.

This is a Darwin based position with a negotiable salary package to attract the highest calibre candidates.
